How to send an email to the most updated club distribution list:
1) Open Club Roster with password.
2) Use your mouse to highlight Column D, Rows 2 – 43 (all the clubwomen emails).
3) While the section is highlighted, hit the Ctrl+C keys on your keyboard (this copies the highlighted section).
4) Open your mail server and start a new email.
5) Make sure you include the option to BCC the list.
6) Click in the BCC line of the email and hit the Ctrl+V keys. (This will paste all the email addresses into the BCC field of your email.)
7) Continue writing your email then send.
Recent Club Newsletters (called POST):
Polk Society Newsletter: Attached is the newsletter from the Polk Society, an organization with whom the JWCC partnered over the years. Most recently, Juniors donated a new flag pole bearing the JWCC and GFWC emblem, as highlighted in the newsletter.
Monthly Requirements:
To obtain a copy of the monthly Requirements sheet (to be turned in to Jessica Ferguson, Requirements Chair), retrieve the POST above and view the last page of the newsletter.
Special Reports:
Every January, the JWCC participates in the Reports program sponsored by GFWC. Throughout the year, we create reports for each of the Department projects in which we participate. We then submit reports to our national organization where they are reviewed and judged. Below is a listing of each submitted 2008 report.
